Okay, but what is it, exactly?

The Dynamometer is a large precision tuning instrument connected to computer software. A Dyno 'run' measures and analyzes up to 32 different elements of your bike (up to 500 times per second) by measuring energy drawn from the rotating rear tire. It measures and reveals important truths about your setup. Things like fuel mixture, cam timing, gear ratios and clutch slippage. How loose or tight your drive chain is, if your fuel needle needs adjustment, whether your tach is calibrated properly and more. The Dynojet Dynamometer is the most widely recognized chassis dynamometer with more than 3,900 installations in over 37 countries.
